DMCA & takedown policy
We only publish artwork we believe is genuinely public domain or correctly licensed. If something here infringes your rights, tell us and we will act quickly.
Reporting infringing or mislicensed artwork
Email us at hello@printablecoloringpages.ai with subject line 'DMCA takedown'. For your notice to be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (the image title or URL and proof you own or represent it).
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the infringing material appears.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review complete notices promptly - normally within 72 hours - and remove or disable access to the material while we investigate (removed pages return HTTP 410). We notify the submitter of the removed image and give them a copy of your notice.
Filing a counter-notice
If your image was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including:
- Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
Repeat violations
Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing or mislicensed artwork lose submission privileges, and we log every takedown to enforce it.
